How Our Process Works
1. Patient Registration
Click this link to register, fill out intake forms and schedule your initial consultation.
2. Labwork
We will have you complete labwork at your local Quest or Labcorp.
3. Doctor Review
Once your results come back, our treatment team will review your labs and setup an appointment either in person at our office or via telemedicine to discuss the results and then customize a treatment plan based on your symptoms, labwork, medical history and goals.
4. Custom Treatment Delivered
All of your supplies, medications and supplements will be delivered directly to your home so that you may begin treatment immediately.

New clients are encouraged to complete a free 20-minute consultation via telehealth using the “Schedule Now” button at the top of the page. After this, clients will complete their registration paperwork and lab work. Your provider will contact you to schedule your in-person visit to review lab results, health goals, and form a customized treatment plan.

Treatment plans are tailored to each patients individual needs. WE take into account symptoms, goals of treatment, medical history and lab work results. First Follow up visit occurs approximately 8-12 weeks after treatment start. You will have follow up lab work prior to your follow up visit. Follow up visits may be in person, via telemedicine or phone call.
